RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Arkon. We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to returns, refunds, defective products, and warranty claims.

RETURN DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Customers have up to 7 calendar days after receiving their order to notify our customer support team of any manufacturing defect, damage, or issue identified upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arkonofficial.co.

To assist us in reviewing your request, we may ask you to provide:

Your full name
Order number
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
Photographs of the original packaging
A brief description of the problem

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Arkon will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other applicable remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Customers may request a return due to a change of mind within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in the same condition in which it was received
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, cases, and other components supplied with the product
Show no signs of use, damage, alteration, or misuse

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization or instructions may not be accepted.

AFTER THE 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD

After 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, returns or refunds due to a change of mind will no longer be accepted.

Eligible manufacturing defects or technical failures may continue to be covered under any applicable product warranty after the return period has expired.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must comply with the eligibility requirements of this policy and be returned in the same condition in which it was originally received.

If the product shows signs of use, unauthorized alteration, customer-caused damage, or missing components, the return may be rejected, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

For change-of-mind returns, Arkon does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

If the return is approved following inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

WARRANTY

Where a product is covered by a warranty, the warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects or technical failures that occur within the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage does not generally include:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper use or storage
Damage caused by negligence
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage resulting from failure to follow product care instructions

Eligible warranty claims will be reviewed by our team. Depending on the circumstances and applicable warranty terms, the appropriate solution may include repair or replacement.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's jurisdiction.
