GENERAL

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the Arkon website.

By placing an order with Arkon, you agree to these Terms of Sale, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms or conditions presented during checkout.

Please review these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

PRODUCTS

Arkon makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, materials, manufacturing processes, or other reasonable factors.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products where permitted by applicable law.

PRICING

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or according to the customer's selected location, market, or currency settings.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the customer submits the order, except in cases involving an obvious pricing, technical, or administrative error.

Where permitted by applicable law, if an incorrect price has been displayed, Arkon may contact the customer to provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

If an affected order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

TAXES, DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES

Where applicable, sales tax will be reflected in the product price or calculated according to the information presented during the purchase.

For international shipments, applicable import duties and taxes are pre-paid, with no additional import duties or taxes to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding applicable public and national holidays.

Processing times may occasionally be extended during promotional periods, holidays, periods of unusually high demand, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods, processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Depending on the destination and selected shipping method, estimated shipping times vary.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will generally receive tracking information allowing them to follow the progress of their shipment.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can generally modify the delivery address before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Arkon may cancel and refund the unavailable product while dispatching the remaining available products.

If the entire order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arkonofficial.co.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer should follow the applicable procedures under our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Customers may request an eligible return due to a change of mind within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the product must generally:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in the same condition in which it was received

• Be returned with its original packaging

• Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, cases, and other components

• Show no signs of use, damage, alteration, or misuse

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should notify Arkon within 7 calendar days after receiving an order if a product arrives damaged, has an apparent manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect item has been received.

We may request:

• Order number

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging

• Videos demonstrating the issue, where appropriate

• A description of the problem

Once the claim has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Eligible refunds are generally processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider before the amount appears in the customer's account.

WARRANTY

Where applicable, products may be covered by a warranty against eligible manufacturing defects or technical failures.

Warranty coverage does not generally include damage resulting from:

• Unauthorized repairs

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If a shipment appears to have been lost or damaged during transit, Arkon may request an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the claim, an appropriate resolution may be provided, which may include a replacement or refund.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Arkon may use payment verification and fraud-prevention procedures to protect customers and our business.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information to verify an order before processing or dispatch.

Orders reasonably suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized may be canceled where permitted by applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from a purchase or use of our Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

FORCE MAJEURE

Arkon will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

• Customs disruptions

• Transportation interruptions

• Supply chain disruptions

Changes will not ordinarily affect purchases completed before the effective date of the updated Terms.
