Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on this website, operated by ZAFREN (434 Rue de la Republique, 76230 Bois-Guillaume, France). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The sales contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and accept your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or pricing errors, in which case you will be fully refunded.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping fees, if any, are displayed before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of the order using the payment methods offered at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers.

3. Product information

We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. Slight differences may occur depending on your screen. Please check the size information for each product before ordering.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Free Standard Shipping is estimated at 7 to 15 days and Express Shipping at 5 to 12 days, varying by destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may return an unused item within 14 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Cancellations and changes

To cancel or change an order, email contact@zafren.co as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped.

7. Warranty

Items with manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty described in our Refund & Return Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZAFREN is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as customs, carriers, weather or force majeure.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
